Tim Rooney served between June 2018 and February 2020 as Chief Executive Officer and director of Bank Nagelmackers and Anbang Belgium Holding, both in Belgium. Prior to that, he served as Chief Operations Officer of Anbang Belgium Holding and in a number of senior roles in the mortgage, risk and banking fields at Genworth Mortgage Insurance, Deutsche Bank PBC, General Electric Europe and Citifinancial UK. Tim holds a BA (Honours) degree in Political Science and Economics from Huddersfield University (UK).

Marcel Berkhout
Marcel Berkhout joined Royal Dutch Shell in 1994, assuming various positions in engineering and finance in Scotland and London (UK). In 2000, Mr. Berkhout joined the corporate finance division of Kempen & Co, a niche investment bank based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. In corporate finance, Marcel was involved in several M&A and ECM transactions, mostly in the energy sector. Upon the acquisition of Kempen & Co by Dexia Bank, Marcel continued his career at the parent Dexia Bank in Brussels in a number of senior management roles, mostly within the corporate banking division. In 2011, Marcel became CFO of Optima Bank, a Belgian institution with focus on personal/private banking.
Francois Ducuroir
From 2010 to 2021, François Ducuroir was a board member and managing partner at Reacfin, the Belgian consulting firm specialised in Risk management and actuarial science. Before that, he was responsible for the Group Credit Portfolio Management and the Capital Solutions teams at BNP Paribas Fortis. Earlier in his career, François worked in different trading rooms in Brussels, London and the Netherlands. He also worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. François holds degrees in Applied Mathematics and Applied Economics. He teaches Finance at the Universities of Louvain and of Namur in Belgium.
