The objective of the investment policy of the Flossbach von Storch - Multiple Opportunities II sub-fund is to achieve reasonable growth in the sub-fund currency while taking account of investment risk. The investment strategy is based on a fundamental analysis of global financial markets. The sub-fund invests its assets in securities of all types, among them equities, bonds, money market instruments, certificates, other structured products (e.g. reverse convertible bonds, option bonds, convertible bonds), target funds, derivatives, cash and fixed-term deposits. In compliance with the “Additional investment restrictions” and in accordance with Article 4 of the management regulations, at least 25% of the sub-fund’s net assets shall be continuously invested in equity participations. Up to 20% of the sub-fund’s net assets may be invested indirectly in precious metals. No more than 10% of the sub-fund’s assets may be invested in other investment funds. The subfund can utilise financial instruments whose value is dependent on the future prices of other assets (“derivatives”) for hedging purposes or to increase its assets. Detailed information on the aforementioned (and/or further) investment opportunities of the Fund can be found in the current sales prospectus. In principle, investors may redeem their shares on any banking day in Luxembourg, with the exception of 24 and 31 December. The redemption of shares may be suspended in extraordinary circumstances if this is deemed necessary in the interests of investors. 6 This sub-fund might not be suitable for investors planning to redeem their investments within a period of 5 years. The income from this share class will be reinvested.
